Destinations Profile of the Learner

Very closely connected to the learning skills are the traits within the Profile of the Learner.  In some ways they overlap, as specific words like “Collaborators” appear in both.  In other ways they cover slightly different aspects of a student’s personal growth.  As a student progresses through the Destinations Programme it is expected that they will become stronger in each trait of the learner.  To assist students with their growth we have copied out the definition of each trait and then have described evidence that would illustrate a student’s success for that trait.  These descriptors can be seen in the link below.  Please keep in mind that we may make revisions to this file throughout the year as we aim to target the specific needs of each group of learners.
